04.11.09 Draw Format
Draws shall normally be made up in accordance to the following guidelines
1. If the intact defending Senior Four Ball Champion Team is in the field they shall be in the first group off the # 10 tee on Day 1 regardless of their combined entry RCGA Handicap Factors.
2. Each group will normally consist of two (2) teams. (Four (4) Competitors).
3. Interval time between groups will normally be ten (10) minutes.
4. The field will normally be divided into four flights A, B, C & D.
5. Order of play:
Day 1:
Morning:
Flights A & B in ascending order of the combined RCGA Handicap Factors of the team members that were provided at entry.
· Flight B will use Tee # 1 when two tees are used
Afternoon:
Flights C & D in ascending order of the combined RCGA Handicap Factors of the team members that were provided at entry.
· Flight D will use Tee # 1 when two tees are used
Day 2:
Morning:
Flights C & D in the same order as day 1 +/- one group.
Example: Day 1 Day 2
Group 1 Teams 1 & 2 Teams 1 & 3
Group 2 Teams 3 & 4 Teams 2 & 4
Group 3 Teams 5 & 6 Teams 5 & 7
Group 4 Teams 7 & 8 Teams 6 & 8
§ Flight C will use Tee # 1 when two tees are used
Afternoon:
Flights A & B are combined and tee off in descending order based on the teams gross scores for the first eighteen (18) holes.
· The higher scores shall start on tee # 10 with the remaining 50% of this set starting on Tee # 1. |
