| Withdrawal Refund Policy & Mail in Entry Form |

An applicant who withdraws from an event prior to the entry deadline (displayed above) will be entitled to a refund of their entry fee less an administration fee of Twenty Dollars ($20.00)
An applicant who withdraws from an event after the entry deadline will not normally be entitled to a refund.
However, in the case of withdrawals due to emergency medical condition(s) or other extenuating circumstances, written requests for refunds may be submitted to the NSGA office. These request will normally be reviewed on a season end basis by the NSGA Management Committee.
Notification of a withdrawal is to be made to the NSGA by: calling 902-468-8844(Mon-Fri 9-5), sending a fax to 1-902-484-5327,e-mail nsga@ns.aliantzinc.ca or mailing a letter to NSGA, 24 Simmonds Dr., Unit 4, Dartmouth, B3B 1R3.

Travelling from Truro
Take Exit 25
Turn left go past Irving on the left
Follow up the hill past the hospital
through 4 sets of lights (including the one at the hospital)
Turn right on to Temperance Street.
Follow until you past the white church on your left.
Turn right at the stop sign.
Travel straight up the hill (Mountain Road)
Past funeral home on your left
Follow this over the top of the mountain, past the Eastlink building and past the first road on your left.
The road you are on will bear right at the next road on your left (Fraser's Mountain Extension). Turn left on to this road and follow to the golf course. This road goes through the golf course. |
