Title:  04. Caddies
Detail: 
All players may have a caddie.
 
A caddie must wear spikeless shoes; i.e. runners, jogging shoes.
 
Caddies are required to dress in conformance with the NSGA dress code. The host club regulations will prevail if they are more restrictive than the NSGA Dress Code. The following are unacceptable:
·         Rugby pants with stripes, jogging suits, jeans or denim 
·         Tennis style, gym wear or  cut-off shorts
·         See through, haltered or tank tops,
·         Muscle, "T", cut-off shirts or the like
·         Tee shirts with lewd sayings.
 
A violation of this policy will result in a penalty to the competitor as follows:
 
Match Play  - At the conclusion of the hole at which the breach is discovered, the state of the match is adjusted by deducting one hole for each hole at which a breach occurred; maximum deduction per round – Two holes
 
Stroke Play – Two strokes for each hole at which a breach occurred; maximum penalty per round – Four strokes. In the event of a breach between the play of two holes, the penalty applies to the next hole.
 
Any subsequent breach of this rule by the caddie may result in disqualification of the player.
