| Withdrawal Refund Policy & Mail in Entry Form |

An applicant who withdraws from an event prior to the entry deadline (displayed above) will be entitled to a refund of their entry fee less an administration fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00)
An applicant who withdraws from an event after the entry deadline will not normally be entitled to a refund.
However, in the case of withdrawals due to emergency medical condition(s) or other extenuating circumstances, written requests for refunds may be submitted to the NSGA office. These request will normally be reviewed on a season end basis by the NSGA Management Committee.
Notification of a withdrawal is to be made to the NSGA by: calling 902-468-8844(Mon-Fri 9-5), sending a fax to 1-902-484-5327,e-mail nsga@ns.aliantzinc.ca or mailing a letter to NSGA, 24 Simmonds Dr., Unit 4, Dartmouth, B3B 1R3.
